Divisions, Fees, and Game Days

A $15 BVSA tournament volunteer fee will be added to all accounts from U11 to U17. This is a one fee per family amount. If you are charged more than once please let us know.

This fee is to pay for workers to be able to run our tournament properly as it has been very difficult to obtain volunteers from our BVSA teams for our tournament. This will now mean, we will not be asking teams to obtain volunteer hours from parents. Kids who want to work the tournament will get paid, but parents will not. Any BVSA board member working the tournament will be volunteering and not getting paid.

Fees are used to pay for 

• Community club allocation fees for diamond usage, maintenance, equipment room, gym spaces, etc.

• Diamond and Field improvements

• Softball MB player fees

• Umpire home game fees

• Umpire assigning fees

• Game balls

• Website upkeep

• Equipment upkeep

• Clinics during season

• Promotion of sport

• Website

• $15 fee goes directly to pay workers for the BVSA tournament
